Soudah Development Showcases Soudah Peaks Project in ILTM 2024 in France

Soudah Development, a real estate development company owned by the Public Investment Fund (PIF) of Saudi Arabia, announced its participation in the International Luxury Travel Market (ILTM) 2024 in Cannes, France. It is a leading industry event in the luxury tourism and travel sector and will be held during December 2 – 5, 2024.
The company will showcase its luxury mountain destination, Soudah Peaks, which will be developed on top of Saudi Arabia’s highest peak 3,015 meters above sea level. During the event, the company will engage with global luxury brands and key players in the tourism and hospitality ecosystem from around the world to explore potential collaboration opportunities.
Soudah Peaks project will offer new experiences in luxury hospitality and will embrace the local architectural identity of the region. It is made of six distinct development zones: Tahlal, Sahab, Sabrah, Red Rock, Jareen and Rijal, that will host luxury mountain resorts, hotels, retail, and residential options with captivating natural views and various sports and entertainment attractions.
