Who We Are
Soudah Development (SD) is a real estate development company owned by the Public Investment Fund (PIF) of Saudi Arabia. SD will drive the development of Soudah and parts of Rijal Almaa in the Aseer region of Saudi Arabia. We will create a year-round luxury mountain tourism destination within immersive cultural experiences while celebrating the region’s natural landscape.

The highest peak in Saudi Arabia
The Aseer region has a unique culture and heritage with a rich tapestry of traditional folk music, art, poetry, fashion and food with distinctive customs and traditions practiced by the local communities.
There are over 200 documented heritage sites from hamlets, mosques and minarets to watchtowers and mountain forts.

Our project area spans 627 km², including Soudah and parts of Rijal Almaa.

Soudah
In the southwest region of Saudi Arabia, Soudah stands at 3,015m above sea level , which is the highest peak in the country. Due to the high elevation, Soudah enjoys a semi-arid climate, comfortable spring, warm autumn, no severe cold in the winter and no intense heat in the summer. The weather in Soudah makes it an attractive year-round destination.
