Soudah Development is the official entity responsible for the development of designated areas in coordination with the relevant authorities.

There is no administrative connection between Soudah Development and the Emirate, however there is a consensus between the two entities during the phases of development.

The geographical boundaries of the project area include Soudah and parts of Rijal Almaa Governorate. The project area is 627 km².

There are plans in progress to create an attractive environment for investors in cooperation with public and private sectors. This information will be shared at a later stage.
