Husameddin S. AlMadani

Chief Executive Officer of Soudah Development Company

Husameddin AlMadani is the CEO of Soudah Development Company, a closed joint stock company wholly owned by the Public Investment Fund of Saudi Arabia. With extensive expertise and experience within the public and private sectors, AlMadani has significantly contributed to the development and advancement of the socio-economic plans set within the Saudi Vision 2030, since the late 2015. AlMadani also serves as a board member of multiple real estate projects under PIF.

Prior to joining Soudah Development Company, AlMadani was a member of the G20 Saudi Secretariat executive leadership team, where he led the strategy development and execution of the International Conferences, designed to support the G20 Saudi Presidency year 2020. In 2015, he was appointed the Founding Director General of the National Center of Performance Measurement in Saudi Arabia (Adaa) and his critical role enabled the establishment and implementation of a performance measurement framework within Saudi Arabia until the end of 2018.

From 2004 to 2011, AlMadani held various technical and managerial positions at Saudi Aramco, where he participated in the development of its Performance Measurement and Management Platform and contributed as a member of the corporate committee that restructured the company’s research and development strategy.

AlMadani has a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Kansas and a M.Sc. in Petroleum Engineering/Unconventional Gas Resources from Texas A&M University. He is a recipient of the 2010 Texas A&M Montgomery Prize and the International SPE Young Member Outstanding Service Award. AlMadani has also completed a General Management Program (GMP) in Strategy, Business and Leadership from Harvard Business School in 2016.
